Who we are
Holy Cross Rajshahi Digital Platform (“we”, “the Platform”) is an independent online learning platform. It is not a school or college, it does not issue school certificates, board registration or exam admit cards, and it has no connection with Holy Cross School & College, Rajshahi or its website holycrossrajshahi.edu.bd, which is a separate institution.
Accepting these terms
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. If you are under 18, please use the site with a parent or guardian's permission.
What we provide
Study material and book readers, lessons, live classes, notices, a student forum, the Bangladesh E-Library and world E-Library (links to other free websites), study tools, and a free blood donor finder. We may change, pause or stop any feature. We do not promise uninterrupted service, exam marks, grades or admission to any school.
No account needed
You do not need an account to use the Student Hub. Where a feature asks for details (for example becoming a blood donor), give true information. Donors choose a secret PIN: keep it private.
Free service
All courses, books, notes, tools and features on this platform are free. We do not charge any fee and we do not take payments. If anyone asks you for money in our name, do not pay and tell us. We will never ask for your PIN, OTP or password. Never share them with anyone.
Refunds
Nothing on this platform is paid, so there is nothing to refund.
Acceptable use
You must not: pretend to be us, the real school or anyone else; use the Holy Cross name or logo to mislead people; post abusive, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content; share phone numbers, links or ID photos in chat or the forum; copy, scrape, resell or re-upload our content; spam, hack, or overload the site with bots.
Content and copyright
Government textbooks belong to NCTB and the Government of Bangladesh, and other material belongs to its owners; it is shared or linked here for study. Our own articles, design, code and logos belong to us and may be used for personal, non-commercial study only. If you own something shown here and want it removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
Chat and community
Be respectful. Staff may hold, block or delete messages and remove users who break these terms. Chat messages may be deleted automatically after a period of time.
Your information
We collect the details you give us (such as a name, a mobile number and area if you become a blood donor, or a message you post) to run the service and prevent misuse. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, or when the law requires. See the Privacy Policy. You may ask us to close your account by contacting us.
Disclaimer and limits
The service is provided “as is”. Content is for education and information. Always check official dates, syllabus and admission rules with the relevant school, university or education board. Blood donors and hospitals are not checked by us: never pay money for blood, and confirm health and place before you travel. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost marks, downtime, third-party sites (such as NCTB) or problems with your device or network. Because the service is free, our total responsibility for any claim is limited as far as the law allows.
Suspension and ending
If you break these terms we may warn, restrict, suspend or close your account, We may report fraud, impersonation or misuse to the authorities.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it. Important changes are announced in Notices.
Law and disputes
These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh. Please contact us first so we can try to fix the problem in good faith. Unresolved disputes belong to the courts of Bangladesh.
